Characteristics:
Changing from dynamic seal to static seal, the magnetic coupler drives external magnetic steel body to rotate through electric machine or speed reducer, so as to drive internal magnetic steel body inside the seal cover to rotate by magnetic activity. Axle of internal magnetic steel body links with that of stirrer so to stir materials. Moreover, surface between seal cover that insulate internal magnetic steel and kettle body is pressed tightly by graphite gasket through bolt, thus realizes absolute insulation with outside and leakless under high temperature and pressure. It especially applies to stirring reaction of middle and large-sized production use mediums that are inflammable, explosion, virulent and precious, under high temperature, high pressure and intermediate rotate speed. For completely settling the leakage problem that mechanic seal and packing seal cannot solve, it can protect environment and human body against harm.

Volume is 25-10000L, pressure is lower than 20.0Mpa, temperature is lower than 300℃, stirring rotate speed is 20-500r/min and adjustable, main body material is 0Gr18Ni9 while magnetic material is NdFeB. Titanium, nickel and clad steel plates can be manufactured according to different mediums. Opening direction and stirring paddle form as well as other allocations all can be designed and manufactured according to users' requirements.
