Characteristics:
It is applicable to occasion that the inflammable, detonable, virulent and valuable mediums used by middle and large-sized productions to carry through stirring reaction under conditions of high temperature, pressure and vacuum. Owing to thoroughly settle the leakage problems which cannot by conquered by mechanical and packing seals and assure the environment and human body won't be infringed, it is the most ideal response operator without leakage for making chemical reaction under high temperature and pressure.

Volume is 25-10000L, pressure is not more than 20.0Mpa, temperature is not more than 450 ℃ and rotation rate of stirring is 20-500r/min with frequency control. The heating modes include electricity, steam, hot oil and far infrared, etc. The cooling modes contain jacket cooling or coil cooling within the kettle. The materials of the main body of reaction kettle (stainless steel 0Gr18Ni9, 00Gr17Ni14MO titanium products, nickel products and others with all kinds of brands), the structure forms of kettle body and cover, working pressure, opening position and quantity, form of stirring paddle, heating mode and other supporting facilities can be freely selected and matched according to users' requirements.
