I. Order notice:
1. Effective volume (L) of reaction kettle;
2. The highest reaction pressure (Mpa) that must be reached for the kettle;
3. The highest temperature of reaction at last reached and the precision demand for temperature control meter;
4. PH value of reaction medium and materials of reaction kettle main body, such as 1Gr18Ni9Ti (321), 0Gr18Ni9 (304), 00Gr17Ni14MO 2(316L), titanium, nickel, tantalum, etc.
5. Viscosity of reaction medium and select suitable stirrer according to that, such as anchor type, screw propeller type, turbine type and so on.
6. Heating method: For different heating method will lead to different highest temperature, so please select suitable one according to the temperature demand of reaction technics, such as electricity type, steam type, hot water circulation type, heat-conducting oil electric type, far infrared type, etc.
7. Opening direction: Common openings of kettle cover include gas phase opening (matched with needle valve), liquid phase opening (matched with needle valve and interpolated floor tube), charging opening (no charging opening for those with volume below 1L), voltmeter opening, safety blasting opening, temperature measuring opening, inlet and outlet of internal cooling coil pipe (no internal cooling coil pipe for those with volume below 0.5L). Besides, if the opening above still cannot satisfy your using demand, we can increase opening.
8. For special requirements of users, we can add condensation inverse flow device, charging pot with pressure, liquidometer, flowmeter and so on. We also can process and manufacture according to the drawing you provide for us.
